Rocky, the brewmaster at Bravo, is serving up some of the best beers you’ll find in southern China, with an ever-rotating selection that includes IPAs, stouts, smoked beers, and anything else you might want to try. I’ve even seen a fruit beer with lychee on one of my visits. They have a massive number of taps, with half the board taken by their own beers and the other half dedicated to imported craft beers. When I was last there, they even had Prairie Bomb! on draft — a rare find. I also love that all of the equipment is easily visible from the bar, with the fermenters visible on the left wall and even the cold storage room is visible through a clear wall above the taps.
They also offer a full food menu that includes seafood, burger, a delicious chicken sandwich, and tarot crisps for snacking. They offer seating at the bar, inside on two levels, and plenty of seats outdoors as well.
